Angles Way
Beginning (or ending) in Thetford, Angles Way guides walkers through the Brecks, heathlands, woodlands, ancient towns such as Beccles and Diss and along the Waveney Valley to Great Yarmouth.
Notable sights along the Angles Way path include Knettishall Heath, where Angles Way, Peddars Way and Icknield Way meet; the Thelnetham Fen, a Suffolk Wildlife Trust reserve; the Redgrave and Lopham Fen; the site of a Palaeolithic settlement in Hoxne; the Burgh Castle and much, much more.
